Inmate Money Accounts A money account will be established for each inmate while incarcerated in the Lyon County Detention Facility. Money accounts are used to purchase commissary items or to purchase prepaid telephone minutes. Twenty-five percent of all money account deposits will be applied toward the inmate account if there is a negative balance.
